helpful receptionist comfy bed
taliah at reception were great. she switched us to an accessible room. next, housekeeping left towel swans and uncle joes mint balls. the bed felt super comfy.

every member of staff i met were pleasant. they were helpful and nothing was too much trouble. receptionists were amazing and i can't speak more highly of them. overall, excellent service.

mark has a mushroom allergy, and the kitchen staff treated it seriously. they used new plates and cutlery. chef stepped up delivering safe food. katie, eliase, and david deserve recognition for their memory and genuine warmth.

The breakfast was REALLY good. Hot food was available. The cutlery and tables were clean. The food tasted nice and offered lots of options. It was easy to get to the hotel, and it was near my family.
The location was a bit far from the centre. Walking there took a long time. I would have preferred it to be closer to main attractions.

Really good Service and Delicious Food

Taliah at reception was helpful. She upgraded us to an accessible room after noticing my husband's disability. The kitchen staff handled his mushroom allergy with great care, preparing safe and delicious meals. The lemon posset was AMAZING!!!
